Job Description : 

  • Actively acquire new leads through prospecting potential clients.
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Understands clients' business needs and requirements
  • Identifying new sales leads and Pitching products /or services.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct cold calling and generate lead or inquiry. Negotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Builds and cultivates prospective relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Analyse market opportunities and help to develop marketing plan.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish report and set up meetings.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to develop and manage relationships with all channel stakeholders.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic. Able to work independently

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong Sales background.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Should have a reasonable awareness of local brands and products.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet the required deadline Competencies and Skills Required.
